After many years of farming and brewing in Western North Carolina, Jessica and Chris Whaley opened Whaley Farm Brewery in Old Fort, NC, on the banks of Mill Creek.
Whaley Farm Brewery combines regenerative farming with deeply researched and creative beer recipes. The resulting brews are collaborations between husband and wife, showcasing local ingredients brewed through a dynamic range of techniques that are sometimes hard to find.
