We are currently hiring for the following position:
Bartender (part-time) - 2 shifts per week starting out
Physical Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age
Must be able to stand for (up to) 10-hour shifts
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to count and give correct change

Job Responsibilities:
Welcoming and educating folks about our brewery, offerings, and events
Ensuring safe consumption of alcohol
Checking identification to ensure patrons are the legal age to purchase alcohol
Learning everything about our beers; keeping up with new styles & offerings in order to accurately describe and make appropriate recommendations to customers
Engaging with & listening to customers to determine their preferences
Understanding proper glassware & beer service to ensure every beer is served to specification
Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately through a Square POS
Maintaining a welcoming, safe, and clean work environment (removing trash, cleaning tables, washing glassware & equipment, cleaning & stocking bathrooms, sweeping & mopping, etc.)
Opening & closing down the bar by yourself
Identifying, describing, and merchandising items in the farm store
The Nitty Gritty:
This is a part-time position.
Compensation is $10 per hour plus tips.
We are currently hiring for Saturday & Sunday shifts (6-hour shifts each day). We will be adding days and hours this year as we ramp production back up following our rebuild.
